Fandango was a commercial feature writer for a group of advertising weeklies for several years.

She has had several short stories and articles published in local media and has done some broadcasting for a local radio station.

Creative writing was on hold for several years while she wrote text books and training manuals for her staff, but since her retirement the need to write, never dormant,only ignored,has insisted on being acknowledged. Currently she is the convener of the Mayenne Writer's Group - a misnomer as many of the members are from Basse Normandie.

She is currently working on a collection of short stories and a novel.
